About Pearl Bay

Pearl Bay

The club's fleet of 8 kayaks are 'moored' on timber racks managed by Mosman Council, which are situated in Pearl Bay Reserve, 50 metres from the beach. Two kayak trolleys are available at the racks for KSC member use. The growing Pearl Bay fleet currently includes 6 sea kayaks and 2 sit-on-tops.

There is no clubhouse at Pearl Bay.

Where can you paddle?

Paddling skills and paddling zones

Where you can paddle is determined by your paddling experience, your ability to self-rescue and do an assisted rescue and the type of kayak you are using.

Always check weather conditions using Meteye or Willy Weather App before paddling off.

The guidelines are part of KSC's duty of care to ensure your safety.

Enjoy your paddling, stay safe.
